This is the last month in our sweet little yoga room. For me, this dining room turned yoga studio is special not only because it is where YWA began - but because it reminds us that we can cultivate what we need right in the comfort of our own home. You don't need any money. You don't need any tight yoga pants. You don't need a lot of time or transportation. You have everything you need and remember, a little goes a long way! For me, this playlist celebrates and promotes the home practice. Home practice is not to be compared to a public or community practice. Even for the most experienced yogi the home practice can be a challenge. Here we celebrate making time and setting intentions to roll out your mat at home and find what feels good. Create balance in your practice and in your life.
