In 2010 we made the decision to leave behind our comfortable, urban lifestyle in exchange for a primitive homestead in the rugged mountains of the Pacific Northwest. In the beginning, YouTube was a convenient way for us to share our adventure with friends and family. Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine that such a diverse and engaging community would take an interest in our channel.
